The Software and Applications Programmer in Australia design, create, develop and maintain the document codes which are made as per the requirements of the users meeting the technical standards.

Tasks

• Researching, examining, determining the needs and requirements of the system program
• Determining the limitations in technology, flaws in the systems, associated programs, methods and procedures
• Offering expert advice regarding proposal development, strategy formation for software websites in terms of financial and cost of the software updates and purchases
• Analysing, testing, examining and debugging the existing errors and flaws of the systems following the guidelines, quality standards and procedures to meet the system requirements
• Developing, creating and maintaining program codes as per system requirements, technical specifications as per the approved quality standards
• Developing and maintaining technical programs, operational procedure and end user documentation
• Maintaining the protocols for the developments of the system code and program
