- Create the goals of training and development and analyse which user needs particular training
- Provide the training manuals and proper user guide which will provide the information regarding an operating system
- Manage the needs of training and for the development of organising internal and external training schedule.
- Provide the information’s about the latest technology and inform the clients to keep the update.
- Analyse the importance of training
- To perform different roles, choose the skills which are needed
- Understand the importance of training and who needs to be trained for a better outcome.
- Make sure that the learning process will help to fulfil the needs of the learner
- Develop formal and informal development activities for the betterment of the organisation.
- Prepare a proper learning environment and provide the resources
- Design the course materials properly
- Provide the training through classroom, floor walking and use online to distribute the materials.
