Revision & Refund Policy
As per our refund policy, we will provide help in completing your order as per the guidelines provided by you.
In case of a quality issue, We will do as many corrections as you want but a refund is applicable only in case of a failed application/rejection by the concerned Authority and a refund will be processed once you will share the screenshot of the rejection letter.
In a nutshell, there is no refund in any case except for rejected applications. If you are not satisfied, we will rework and corrections will be done free of cost and as many times as you want but a refund won’t be possible. The refundable amount would be 25%.
Our reimbursement policies are as follows:
- If you discover that you have been charged more than once for a single RPL Report, please notify us and email the receipts to our email address. Any excess funds will be reimbursed to you as soon as feasible.
- If the timeframe set by us is exceeded, you are entitled to compensation. However, if the deadline is missed due to changes in the order you submitted, you will not be refunded.
- Before they are sent to you, all RPL Reports are verified for plagiarism using multiple methods. However, if you believe that specific components of the RPL Report include plagiarism, we will edit the work free of charge to remove any plagiarised material that you have identified; we will not return the money in these situations.
- If you want to cancel your order after you have paid and the task has not been given to the experts/writers by us, you can schedule another RPL Report of the same financial worth for free. If the experts begin working on your project, you must proceed with the same purchase and no money will be reimbursed.
- We attempt to provide all the finest answers to your jobs or tasks, which is why we will revise your RPL Report until you are pleased and your work that satisfies the essential standards. However, the reworks are completed within a month (30 days). We are not obligated to accept rework after one month from the day the RPL Report was issued. In such instances, we also do not provide reimbursements.
- There is indeed a remote possibility that you will 'fail' your task. However, if this occurs, you will receive a refund of 25% of the money you spent. It should be reminded that the legitimate 'fail' evidence must be supplied to us within one month (30 days) following the conclusion of the project. Any return requests received after the one-month period will be denied. We refund half of the money since we provide advance payment to the experts, making it very difficult for us to recover the money from them. Furthermore, in order to protect our name and job quality, we will terminate the writer whose writings caused you to We give your RPL Reports to the most suitable experts; nonetheless, it is possible that the proper expert cannot be located or is too busy completing another project. If something like this happens, we will ask for your money back or you may give us another task for the same sum of money.
NOTE: If your request does not fit under any of the conditions mentioned earlier in this section, you are not entitled to a full refund and will not get any.
Handling of Refunds
When you obtain the reimbursement confirmation, the firm will process it within 7 working days of authorization. Please be aware that the business is not liable for any Bank Transaction costs, transaction inconsistencies, or disruption caused by Bank service failures.
- In unusual circumstances, if your RPL is rejected by ACS, your 25% amount would be refunded within 12 hours in the same account by which payment was made. In order to claim this refund, valid rejection letter from ACS must be provided.
- In case you ever find any fix with the process of payment such as due to the technical glitch you have been charged twice. All you have to do is inform us about it as early as possible, definitely, we are responsible to leave you contented by providing the refunds of the extra amount.
- Designating the best individual possible to perform the justice with the assigned work, we always assure you regarding the writing services we provide. However, in a rare event, if we are unable to find a writer for the task, we counter the loss and guarantee you to work on the other assignment of similar worth. In addition, as this work will be done in order to compensate for the previous failed work and hence, you won’t be charged any fees for it.
- You are to provide all the required specifications and details before proceeding with the order. In order to make the writing work more likely-looking, we have strategies that would ensure that your grades don’t fall because of the deadline not being met.

- No other policies related to cash refunds are entertained unless they fall under the aforementioned 2nd major clause
